Profitble Traders have a trade plan which involves setting up portfolio rules. For instance, risking 0.5% per trade allows you to have 10 consecutive losses daily and 20 maximum consecutive loses for the two-step plan. With the same risk of 0.5% per trade on the one step account, you can lose a trade a maximum of 8 times consecutively and daily, and 12 times consecutively in your overall trading journey.

Hence, choosing a prop firm that suits your risk management and drawdown specifications is as important as selecting the right prop firm model and rules associated with each prop firm.
